Reservation

• Guests will receive email confirmation soon after reservations are made.

AGE RESTRICTION:

• Guests must be at least 22 years old to stay in our apartments.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT :

• Online check-in is mandatory Early check-in depends on availability and additional fees.
• Check-out time is 11 am.
• Late check-out may be possible, subject to availability and additional fees £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm.
• Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.

Damage Responsibility:

• Guests are responsible for maintaining the apartment and its contents.
• Any damage caused by negligence or deliberate acts will be charged to the guest’s card used for the security deposit.

Payment and Cancellation Policies:

Smoking Policy:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments or on the premises.
• Violating this policy incurs a fine of £200.00, with additional charges if the apartment requires closure for cleaning due to smoke odour.

Lost Property:

• Unclaimed property left behind will be kept on-site for two weeks before disposal.

Parking:

• Limited parking is available on-site, subject to availability.
• Public parking nearby costs GBP 4.00 per day with specific charging hours.
• Alternatively parking at Crowne Plaza Hotel Kingston (5 mins walk from Hampton Suites).£10 charges per day apply

Guest Policies:

• Extra guests not booked are not allowed to stay.
• Parties, loud music, or disturbances are not permitted.
• Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Internet Access:

• Free Wi-Fi is provided in all apartments.

Payment

Payment will be taken at the time of the booking

Security Deposit

The Guest is responsible for taking all reasonable care of the apartment and its content. The Guest agrees to keep the accommodation and any of its content in the same state of repair and conditions as at the commencement of the stay. In case of damage caused by either negligence or deliberate act of vandalism by the Guest and or any accomplice guests, the card details provided for Pre-authorization / Security deposit will be used for rectifying the damage, cost of labour and loss of business to the management.
